We started out in 1991 in Malibu, California roasting as a hobby on a hot air popcorn popper. A few years later during the dot-com (.com) bust I created Villa Roast, and began selling online and eventually opened up a brick-n-mortar shop in Felton, California. I later changed my business name to Zayante Creek Coffee Roasting which jived better with the local community.

Now in South West Florida (2020), I have created a new brand named lovingly, CENTAUR Coffee Roasters.
