About: CENTAUR Coffee Roasters

We started out in 1991 in Malibu California roasting as a hobby on a hot air Popcorn Popper. A few years later, in 2004, during the dot-com (.com) bust I purchased a larger roaster, created Villa Roast, and began selling online and eventually opened up a brick-n-mortar shop in Felton, California. I then changed my business name to Zayante Creek Coffee Roasting. Name in reference to the historical inhabitants of the area.
